Kutztown women's soccer announces class of 2010

KUTZTOWN, PA (March 17, 2010) -- The Kutztown University women's soccer family is proud to announce the additions of 13 future Golden Bears to represent the maroon & gold in the coming years. (COMPLETE LIST OF RECRUITS)

“I am very excited to welcome these student-athletes to our program and I really look forward to everything they will add to our team here at KU,” Kutztown women's soccer coach Erik Burstein said. “The standards we have established over the past four years and the expectations we have for every player in our program are very high. There is no question it is very, very challenging to play at this level and in this program. The most impressive thing about this 2010 class is that they are all very good players and they have all begun preparing themselves for the many challenges that lie ahead. This group knows how hard they will have to work and they are ready and willing to do it.”

“Our current players have all done a tremendous job and it makes it difficult to recruit,” Burstein said. “We need to find players who can really compete with the kids we currently have, and this 2010 class, I believe, have all the skill and ability do really push our veteran players. They are a great addition to this family!"
