KUTZTOWN, PA (March 5, 2010) – For fans heading to tonight's Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) semifinal men's basketball game between Clarion and Kutztown at East Stroudsburg's Koehler Fieldhouse may want to leave early. There is construction on Route 33 North and one lane is closed. Therefore it could take a little longer than normal to get to East Stroudsburg. Traffic was still pretty backed up on Route 33 North Thursday night around 5:00. The lanes are supposed to be closed today from 6 am – 5 pm.
