KU women's lax drop road contest with Millersville

KUTZTOWN, PA (April 21, 2010) -The Kutztown University women's lacrosse team dropped a contest to Millersville in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division contest, 19-8, on Wednesday afternoon. (Boxscore)
Emily Savini enjoyed her third multi-scoring effort of the season, netting three goals. She got her first goal four minutes and 59 seconds into the game and added two in the second half.
Sophomore Leann Pica added one goal and dished out a team-high two assists.
Amanda Bushong and Katie Feairheller each tallied one goal and one assist. Faierheller recorded her assist on Savini's final goal, while the Golden Bears were on a power play.
Jen Dunne and Rachel Mehaffey each scored a goal, with Mehaffey picking up three ground balls. Lindsey Crits grabbed a game-high five ground balls, her most since six in the season opener against Georgian Court.
Keeper Karly Waltman made 13 saves, her fourth game with double-digit stops.
The Golden Bears will close out their season this Saturday when they travel to Bloomsburg for a PSAC East contest beginning at 1 p.m.
