KUTZTOWN, PA (June 30, 2010) – Kutztown University has announced new season ticket and single-game ticket prices for the 2010-11 athletics season. If this year is anything like the one that just ended, then KU fans, students, and alumni will be in for a treat this season.

Season ticket packages for six home football games begin at $40 for general admission seating and $60 for reserved seating. Basketball season ticket packages start at $50 for an exciting winter that will feature nine doubleheaders and several more exciting games. The $20 senior citizen season ticket rate and $5 single game price remains the same.

Single game football tickets start at $10 for general admission and $15 for reserved seats. Meanwhile, single game basketball tickets begin at $6 for general admission and $3 for non-KU students. The $3 senior citizen season ticket rate remains the same.

Kutztown placed 110 student-athletes on the distinguished PSAC Scholar-Athlete list, finished 16th in the final NACDA/Learfield Sports' Directors Cup standings and third overall in the Dixon Cup standings. Both programs celebrate consistent athletic excellence in all sports. In addition, the baseball and men's tennis teams won Atlantic Region championships.

Meanwhile, the women's soccer, men's basketball and softball teams participated in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional tournaments. The outdoor women's track and field team finished third at the PSAC championships. The men's outdoor track and field team had two All-Americans. The women's swimming and wrestling teams also had outstanding seasons as both squads established school record victory totals.
