KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Kutztown University track & field programs will host the largest field in meet history over the next two days, as KU hosts its ninth annual Mondschein Multi on April 12-13, at Andre Reed Stadium.

24 teams and 73 competitors will compete over the next two days. Action will start on Thursday, April 12, at 12 p.m. with the start of five multi event groups. Day 2 on Friday, April 13, will commence at 9:30 a.m.

Schedules, meet records, and complete entries can be found at their respective links.

The Mondschein Multi will consist of the heptathlon on the women's side, and the decathlon on the men's side. During the multi events, the competitors will be tested on numerous skills on both the track and in the field. The heptathlon is comprised of seven individual events: the 100m hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200m dash, long jump, javelin, and the 800m run. The decathlon will involve 10 events: the 100m dash, long jump, shot put, high jump, 400m, 110m hurdles, discus, pole vault, javelin and the 1500m run.

Kutztown will have two representatives in the field. McKenzie Fagan (Grove City, Pa./Grove City) will compete in her second Mondschein Multi for the KU women. She ranks 10th in school history with a career-best heptathlon score of 3,986 from last year.

Freshman Tommy Oliver (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem) will represent the Golden Bear men in the decathlon. Set to compete in his first Mondschein Multi, Oliver will compete against 16 other men in the Gold portion of the decathlon.

Following the Multi, the majority of Kutztown's program will compete at the two-day Bison Outdoor Classic at Bucknell University on April 14-15.
