2010 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles (52.73) at the championship meet in Charlotte. Earned all-PSAC honors after placing second in the 400-meter hurdles (53.62). Earned all-PSAC honors as a member of the 4 x 400-meter relay team (3:15.91). He finished 12th in the 100-meter hurdles (15.56) at the PSAC Championships. Meshaw’s best time in the 110-meter hurdles was 15.22 at the Princeton Elite Meet. Meshaw won the 400-meter hurdles at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invite and the Washington & Lee Invitational. He was second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational, Princeton Elite Meet and Shippensburg Paul Kaiser Invitational.
